Angry Birds Rio? Yes! Rovio (famed developer of Angry Birds) has released a sweet trailer teasing viewers with the upcoming Angry Birds Rio coming this March. The game is set to come with 45 exclusive levels (more fun!) which is undoubtedly gonna be set in the Rio universe at well, Rio de Janeiro .
Rio is an upcoming movie set to release on 7 April 2011 (Malaysia) made by the creators of Ice Age. Here's a brief rundown on the premise of the film:
When Blu, a domesticated macaw from small-town Minnesota, meets the fiercely independent Jewel, he takes off on an adventure to Rio de Janeiro with this bird of his dreams.
And I guess that they'll get into trouble. Sounds good. Will probably be an interesting film seeing as I enjoyed Ice Age. What? Why are you looking at me like that? Pixar is still the best! Calm down! Back to Angry Birds Rio though, there's no news yet whether this will be a paid or free game. It's supposed to be a promotion for a film so I'm 50% sure that it'll be free. Gotta rake in some customers. Also, here's the trailer:
As always, I love the Angry Birds trailers. Which is awesome because, Rovio has a deal set for Angry Birds to be a cartoon. So that's Angry Birds Rio, we'll be waiting for its release later on March this year.
